How Elite DJ Pros Wedding DJs work…

While we can offer you several generic packages, we prefer not to – we want to design a “package” that specifically fits you and your event needs .   If you are planning to achieve a one-of-a-kind look or stay within a specific budget – we will make sure to do everything we can to make it all come together.  We feel it is important that you meet with your DJ/MC and have confidence in who you will be working with that they understand your vision and connect with your personality. If you don’t know who you are looking to work with, our office team will offer some great entertainers on staff to interview.

The “Booking Process” in 6 easy steps

Before Booking… 

1. Contact Elite DJ Pros (by phone, email or our website chat form – and set up your initial consultation with us
*Remember if you would like to work with a specific team member, please be sure to let our team know!

2. During the complimentary consultation we will answer all your questions and provide you will accuare information on pricing and package details . We will also share everything you need to know and do in order to get your entertainer booked.  There is no obligation and we can guarantee you will come out of the conversation better educated about how to make sure your wedding in an incredible succes.

3. We will hold your date for you for 7 days.  When you are ready to move forward, we will provide you a contract and first payment information to secure your entertainer and services for your event.

After Booking…

4. The Planning begins…During the planning phase we are happy to help with anything we can. We always schedule at least one Collaborative meeting to discuss your vision and how to bring it to reality . We will offer suggestions and ideas on how to create just the right atmosphere and soundtrack for your guests to rant and rave over.  This is also a perfect time to get to know each other better before the event day.

5. The final meeting… This will typically take place about 30 days before your wedding date, and will be used to finalize your celebration details.

6.  The big day is here! You can rest assured your Elite DJ Pros event team has your back.  It’s time to Celebrate…
